Winter Seminar Series: Chile
Saturday February 9, 2pm
Please note: Arroyo Vino Seminars are now at 2pm.
There is more quality wine being produced in Chile than ever before, from both the small, independently owned wineries challenging the status quo and the more established winemaking houses rising to the occasion. In our Saturday seminar we’ll explore classically styled examples of Carmenère and Syrah, and taste new, outlier bottlings of more obscure varieties such as Carignan, Cabernet Franc and País, a.k.a. Mission, the oldest variety planted in the country. So join us on Saturday for a deep dive into the wines of Chile.
