Saturday Tasting: Fortified Wine Seminar w/ Haus Alpenz

Haus Alpenz is an awesome import company, bringing in some of our favorite rums and amari. They also have a great portfolio of fortified wines and Madeiras which is what we will be focusing on in this seminar-style tasting. We will be hosting J Henahan, who has helped choose the wines for the Sotolon Selections – the arm of Haus Alpenz that handles the bulk of their fortified wines  – to talk about the long history of fortified wine and the specific producers who make the examples that we’ll be getting to taste.
