William is the Director of Education for Wilson Daniels, as such, he eats, sleeps, and breaths wine education. With 80% of his time spent on the road teaching and traveling to learn, to say that William knows his stuff is an understatement. As an importer, Wilson Daniels handles some of the most high-end wines on the market, to include Domaine de Romanée Conti. The focus of this seminar will be on some of the highlights of their Italian Portfolio; we`ll be tasting examples from some of the most esteemed producers: Biondi Santi, Benanti, and Dal Forno to name a few.
