Saturday Mixology Seminar: ‘Cocktails and Dreams’ with Julian

If you’d like to impress your house party guests with the most delicious cocktails, with grace and ease, then this is the seminar for you. We’ll discuss some of the theory and etymology behind the spirits and cocktails that will be showcased, as well as some of the basic philosophies behind proper mixology.
Julian will also demonstrate the following:
- How to concoct tasty and exciting flavored syrups
- How to juice properly
- How to make simple infusions with your favorite spirits
- How to properly batch a cocktail
- How to properly build a cocktail
