New Year’s Eve with Arroyo Vino

What better way to bid adieu to 2019 and bienvenue 2020 than dinner at Arroyo Vino.

 

FIRST

Hamachi Crudo – ginger-blood orange vinaigrette, black sesame, daikon (gf)

King Crab Tempura – beech mushrooms, brown butter aioli, yuzu ponzu

Warm Winter Squash Salad – citrus marmalade, baby kale, candied walnut (v)

Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine – port mushrooms, frisée, pickled mustard seeds, toasted brioche

Little Gem Salad – fresh herbs, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, pomegranate seeds (v/gf)

 

SECOND

Grilled Ibérico Pork Chop – turnip greens, black eyed peas, turnip purée, apple cider broth (gf)

Pan-Roasted Arctic Char – beluga lentils, parsnip purée, sherry gastrique, herb salad (gf)

Wagyu Flat Iron Steak Frites – sunchoke purée, herb frites, green peppercorn demi-glace (gf)

Yukon Potato Gnocchi – caramelized onions & savoy cabbage, crème fraîche, chives (v)

 

THIRD

Black Forest Chocolate Tart –  milk chocolate cremeaux, house made brandied cherries, brûléed marshmallow, cocoa nib tuille

Meyer Lemon Tart – marcona almond crust, citrus salad, candied kumquats (gf)

Selection of Two Seasonal Cheeses – honeycomb, pear preserves, crackers
