Saturday Tasting: Tablas Creek Seminar

We are pleased to be hosting Darren Delmore from Tablas Creek for a seminar-style tasting this Saturday, the 9th.
The Tablas Creek team has been making wine in Paso Robles California since 1989. In addition to pioneering the planting of Rhone varieties, they have been leaders in organic agriculture and sustainable winemaking. Tablas Creek has been farming organically since their founding and is currently fully biodynamic with an additional Regenerative Organic Certification  – the first winery in the world to gain this certification. With ties to the iconic Beaucastel Family in the Southern Rhone, one can be sure that the folks behind Tablas Creek have the know-how when it comes to making amazing wines inspired by the beautiful region in the south of France. The wines are always made by hand using natural yeast fermentations and large, neutral oak barrels. Great wine is a joy and even more joyous when it’s made with regenerative practices and care for people and the planet.
