Join us for an evening of Tuscan wines from the historic producer Villa Calcinaia. The estate, home to Italian Counts Capponi, has been around since the 1500’s and been producing wines of acclaim since the early 20th century. They of course are most known for their Chiantis – it is Tuscany after all – but also produce wines from a number of local grape varietals. Sepastiano Capponi, the estate’s manager, will be joining us to talk about the wines. And as one has come to expect, Chef Allison will be putting up some outstanding Tuscan inspired cuisine.
