Join us for an intimate wine dinner with Spottswoode Winery
The opportunity to host a dinner with Beth Weber Novak fell into our laps at the last minute, and we jumped at it.
Daughter of Spottwoode’s founder, Mary Novak, Beth has been an integral part in the estate since 1987; she is now its President and CEO.
Spottswoode Winery was founded in 1982. The Estate is located in St. Helena, in the Napa Valley, at the foot of the Mayacamas Mountains. The Winery quickly established itself as a premier maker of Cabernet Sauvignon, a distinction that has only strengthened with time. They converted their vineyards to organic farming in 1985 – one of the first in the Valley to do so – and have continued to be innovators in sustainability to this day. Spottswoode produces three wines: an estate Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as the Lyndenhurst cuvée. We will be featuring all three for our wine dinner.
Beth is a pleasure to be around and, as a member of the family, she has lived the Spottswoode ethos for more than four decades; what better way to get to learn about this historic estate. Plus, you can be sure that Chef has created a delicious menu to pair with Spottwoode’s well crafted and elegant wines.
