It’s that time of year again: Santa Fe Restaurant Week. Created to give people a chance to try the many great restaurants in Santa Fe, Restaurant Week participants offer a set, 3-course menu designed to showcase their culinary chops. Accordingly, our restaurant week menu highlights the couple of “signature dishes” that we have as well as the seasonal specialties and fresh pastas that demonstrate Chef’s creativity.
