Family Meal: Portugal

Portugal is having a bit of a moment these days; it tops the latest lists of must visit travel destinations (including our own), its wines are popping up on wine lists and bottle shop shelves; and it seems that new Portuguese restaurants are opening their doors in cities across the country. Since getting there is more time consuming and expensive than one would think, we decided to bring Portugal to us – the food at least. For this Family Meal we will be mining our extensive cookbook collection for the most tantalizing Portuguese dishes we can find so that one need only close ones eyes and be transported…
