Family Meal: New Orleans

We have a love affair with the Crescent City. New Orleans, NoLa,  is world renown for its cuisine, a cuisine that draws from the city’s century-long history, from the French, the Spanish, the African and Native peoples, and the entirely unique Creole culture that grew from the mixing of these cultures. NoLa’s foodscape continues to adapt and grow as new people come to call it home – the VietCajun Cuisine, a blending of the city’s vast Vietnamese population and the long established Cajuns, is a great example of this constant evolution… Our Family Meal homage to the city will likely lean to the traditional, featuring some of the classic dishes, but you never know, we may get a bee in our bonnets and surprise y’all!
