Arroyo Vino Fall Family Meal: Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc

In 2015 when we first offered “Family Meal” at Arroyo Vino, we were partially inspired by Thomas Keller’s Yountville restaurant Ad Hoc. The concept was simple: dinner, shared, with family and friends. We thought it would be fitting to kick off the 2018 Family Meal season with a menu taking it’s cues from Keller’s cookbook Ad Hoc at Home.

~FIRST~
Grilled Flatbread
sweet onion tapenade, taleggio cheese, salumi rossa

Little Gem Lettuce Salad
citrus, pomegranate, honey vinaigrette

~MAIN~
Beef Short Rib Stroganoff
cremini mushrooms, housemade pappardelle pasta

Butter Braised Brussels Sprouts

vanilla whipped cream

As a reminder, a few things you should know:
Family Meal: Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc is $49 per person for a 3-course set menu.
Optional Wine Pairings may be offered at an additional charge.
There is no minimum person requirement, however parties of 3 or fewer guests may be combined with other parties.
Each night will be exclusively ‘Family Meal’ – the regular Arroyo Vino menu will not be available.
