We are excited to host the one-and-only Robert Sinskey for a wine dinner on Tuesday, January 28th!
Robert has been making wine in Napa Valley for over forty years. During this time, he has built a name for himself as not only a master of his craft, but as a champion for sustainable growing practices and for the greater Napa Valley as a unique terroir; we, in turn, are champions of him and the terroir driven wines he creates. When we learned that he would be in town for Taos Winter Wine we seized upon the chance to do a Wine Dinner with him. Chef has put together a mouthwateringly delicious menu to pair with Sinksey’s beautiful wines. Check out the menu below…
