Wine Dinner: Friuli w/ Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasco, CO

We are thrilled to host Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasca, in Boulder Colorado, for a Wine Dinner celebrating the foods and wines of Friuli!
You are all quite familiar with our love of all things Italy, yet our adoration pales in comparison to that of the folks at Frasca in Boulder, Colorado. Bobby Stuckey, Sommelier Partner and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Chef Partner, have dedicated the past twenty-years of their professional lives to not just Italy, but to the small, north-east corner of Italy called Friuli. The two met while working at The French Laundry and embarked on their own project, Frasca, in 2004. Their passion and hard work have garnered numerous awards and recognition, including multiple James Beard Awards, and, most recently, a Michelin Star.
in addition to Frasca, they have built their own Friuli-focused wine brand, Scarpetta, and import company, Benvenusa.
