Saturday Wine Tasting: Eric Solomon

Eric Solomon changed the wine world as we know it. He founded European Cellars, an import company, in 1990 and in doing so shone a light onto regions and producers that had been overlooked. He got his start in France and was one of the pioneers of Rhone and Languedoc wines; though he eventually expanded his scope to Spain. This week we will taste a snapshot of his portfolio to provide a glimpse of his ongoing legacy.
