Sherry Seminar January 31st
Hailing from the stark, arid, south of Spain, Sherry is a truly unique product. Though many understand the basics of Sherry - oak-aged fortified wine - the intricacies are where all the nuance, flavor, and fun come in. Our resident Spain expert, Chris Barnes, will be delving into the different styles of this complex vinous creation; from grape varieties to the solera system; from light bright Fino to rich, smooth Pedro Ximenez, he`ll cover it all. Join us in tasting through this stylistic rainbow!

Still a few seats left for this Thursday`s Family Meal
The dining cultures of Spain have become the stuff of global fantasy. From simple tapas and pintxo bars, to the advent of molecular gastronomy; from the famous jamón, to Michelin starred seafood restaurants, Spain`s culinary landscape is vast and varied; so much so that narrowing it down to a single menu was nigh impossible. Spaniards have a bit of an obsession with all things porcine; so, we elected to pay honor to their (and our) love of pork. We`ll be featuring scrumptious, chestnut stuffed pork tenderloin as the star of this Family Meal, while also giving a nod to their seafood culture with grilled octopus. Check out the full menu on our website.

Thursday, January, 22nd
$59 per person + tax & gratuity
Seatings at 5:00 & 7:30
