Saturday Tasting: Rum Seminar

Rum is to the spirits world what Riesling is to the wine world: an industry darling that’s often under-appreciated. Those that are familiar with our cocktail program will know that we are solidly in camp rum, from the classic daiquiri to tiki to riffs on old fashions and manhattans, rum can do it all. We’ll have rum fanatic Paul Greenhaw, of PM distribution, leading us through a great line-up of rums in a range of styles from across the Caribbean. Come join us!
